What is the Framework for Information Literacy?

Information Literacy isn't just about learning how to search a database. The Framework for Information Literacy for Higher Education, created by the Association of College and Research Libraries in 2015, identifies 6 threshold concepts that act as portals to understanding, thinking about, and practicing information literacy.

The slides below summarize each of these 6 concepts.
