To save a record to be printed, downloaded, or emailed, click on Add to folder. You should see that the folder now opens and says “folder has items.”
When you are ready to print, download, or email the records you have added to your folder, click on “Folder View”or “Folder” at the very top of the screen.
Check the box to the left of those you want to print/download/email or check the box next to “Select all.”
Then click on Print or Email or Save or Export (export to bibliographic software like EndNote or Refworks if you have those on your personal computer).
You should then see a screen come up on which you can choose what format you want the items printed, emailed, saved in (e.g., APA Style, MLA Style, Turabian). Choose one.
Click on print, enter an email address and click on Send, or click on Save.
