Search Alerts

How to set up a database search and have the results emailed to you at regular intervals.

Setting up a Search Alert in Google Scholar

Enter your search query at scholar.google.com. On the left side of the search results page, at the bottom of the list of search filters, click on Create alert.

Make any desired changes to your alert query, enter your email address, and click on CREATE ALERT. Now, when Google Scholar indexes results that match this search query, you will be notified via email.

For more tips on using Google Scholar, see the Google Scholar Research Guide.
