You can also customize your searches by using various search operators. These techniques that incorporate symbols or words can help you refine your results to get more relevant resources. Find out more by clicking the link below:

Use the options on the left to refine your search results.

> To access the full-text of a document, look to the right of the result you want.

• When you are have Google Scholar linked to Stetson, documents available through our library will have a Find it @ Stetson Library link. Clicking on this link takes you to OneSearch where you can click the search button to get to the full text.
• Some results may have a link to a PDF or html document that allow you to access the document.
• If this space is blank, you may not have free access to the document. Contact a librarian for assistance or fill out an interlibrary loan request form to request the document you need.

Under each item in the list of search results are a number of links. Most items have a link that says Related articles, which will lead you to articles on related topics. Many items also have links that say Cited by ###.  The number indicates how many articles have cited this source in their references page since it was published. Click on the link to see a list of those articles. 

The box below shows results after clicking on the Cited by link for an article, Filtering and withdrawing: strategies for coping.... You should now see the option to check the box that allows to search within citing articles. After checking that box, you can add another term to the search. In this example, the keyword added is Google. After clicking the search button, the results page will be a list of articles that cite Filtering and withdrawing that also mention Google.

Under each item on the results page, there is also a quotation mark link ". This link creates a citation for the source in MLA, APA, Chicago, and other citation styles. There are options to export to Refworks and other reference management systems.

You can also save a source to your Google account. To do this, click on the ☆ (star) below your source, and login to your account if necessary. To see the articles you have saved, click on ☆ My library in the upper right.

Another way to export sources from Google Scholar to Refworks is by adding a citation import link. To set this up, go to Settings in Google Scholar. Under Bibliography manager, click the button next to Show links to import citations into and choose Refworks from the drop-down menu, then click Save.
