Requesting that library materials be shipped to you

The library will ship materials from our collection to the home address of students who are taking courses online. We will also ship library owned materials to the home address of faculty who teach online.

Search for library materials using One Search at the library's website. Use the information to copy and paste title, author, and call number information into the form.

  • Items available to be sent through the mail will have the location Shelves in OneSearch.
  • Items with the location Reference Shelves or Reserves, will not be sent by mail.
  • Other locations, such as Government Documents or Feature Film or Video Nonfiction Collection, are loaned at the discretion of library personnel.

If available for loan, the item will be mailed to you within 48 hours with a due date for the item to be returned.

Please note:

  • The requester assumes the cost of shipping materials back to the library. A shipping label will be included with the material. Your account will be billed for the replacement costs of non-returned items.
  • Many public schools, organizations, and businesses have firewalls that prevent the submission of forms. If you get an error message when using the form, email your request (your name, mailing address, title and call number of books you need) to jcorbin1@stetson.edu.
