Troubleshooting Library Database Access Issues

Addresses common issues encountered when accessing databases, journals, eBooks, and other eresources.

Why you need MyResnet as your Wifi Network

Registered with MyResnet = Access to Stetson resources

Not Registered with MyResnet = Problems Accessing some Stetson resources

Library databases and other electronic resources provided by the library are accessible to anyone using a Stetson network or anyone with Stetson network credentials.

The MyResnet wifi network is considered a Stetson wifi network.  If you are not registered with MyResnet, some of the library's resources may not be accessible in the residence halls.

What it is and how to get started

MyResnet is the wifi network in most of Stetson's residence halls, apartments, sorority houses, fraternity houses, and other on- campus residences.  This is a contracted service that is not directly supported by Stetson's IT department.

For information on signing up for MyResnet, visit the Boldyn site and follow the step-by-step directions.
