Welcome, DeLand High IB students! This page features duPont-Ball Library resources that may be helpful as you are gathering sources and doing research. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!

Using a library computer
Ask at the front desk. A library employee will ask you to sign-in on the sign-in sheet before providing computer access.

Saving and printing
Bring a flash drive to save downloaded articles and book chapters. You may also email them to yourself from the computer.

Borrowing items
IB Students do not have borrowing privileges at the duPont-Ball Library. There are two ways to become a borrower.

1. Students with a parent or guardian employed at Stetson can get Dependent Borrowing Privileges. To do this, you must have a Stetson ID card (from the One Stop in the Welcome Center) and fill out the form - linked below. 
2. Students may become a Stetson Library Associate by filling out the form linked below and paying at the Donor Associate level.

Students who are unable to become a borrower may

• ask the front desk to hold the books you are using
• scan book chapters using the library's copier/scanner

Research Help
Librarians are available to help you find sources, use the library, or answer any questions about research. Contact us by calling or texting 386-747-9028, emailing libref@stetson.edu, or asking to speak with a librarian at the front desk.

Other

IB students may not use the Innovation Lab, Writing Center, or Student Success Center peer tutoring services.
