Welcome to the Zotero guide. Use this guide to learn how to use Zotero to store and manage your sources and create bibliographies. The tabs on the left side of the page will guide you through a variety of Zotero topics. A video tutorial is also available to provide steps for using Zotero's citation management system.

Zotero is a free tool that collects, manages, and cites research sources. Zotero is easy to use and can be downloaded as a stand alone version that is compatible with Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge browsers.

Zotero allows you to attach PDF's, notes, and images to your citations, organize sources in a library for various research projects, and create bibliographies using Word or Google Docs.

References can be added to a Zotero library directly from databaes, journal websites, Google scholar, or a library's catalog by draggin in PDFs from your hard drive or by entering them manually.
