Finding background information

Reference books are helpful for exploring the background, historical context, and terminology specific to a field of study. Reference materials (e.g.: handbooks, encyclopedias, dictionaries) are available in both print and ebook formats. Additionally, the Credo Reference Works database is an interdisciplinary collection of reference materials searchable by broad topic area and/or keyword.
