  • Before the pandemic, the library provided a library orientation workshop for tutors.
  • Met with Writing Center Director to plan scope of IL training for tutors. Met with tutors to get feedback about plan. Will adapt existing orientation to include IL information

QEP support needs for faculty

QEP support services and resource needs for faculty. To support faculty engagement with the QEP, the library faculty member on the QEP Leadership team designed and delivered the IL portions of the 2-day course redesign workshop. She will provide IL feedback to participants, delegate course guide creation, and co-facilitate participant meetings.

Support for students

QEP support services and resource needs for students. To enhance students’ IL learning, the QEP will highlight existing library services and resources. The library has also been tasked with developing new support services and resources. A part-time librarian position was created to support these efforts. A subscription to Niche Academy was started to integrate IL tutorials into the campus LMS (Canvas).
