Peterson’s Test and Career Prep: A How-to Guide

The duPont-Ball Library offers you a database called Peterson's Test and Career Prep, which provides tools for students seeking college and graduate school opportunities (as well as vocational schools). It also aids job seekers navigating the new economy.

You must register for an account (using your Stetson email). Please see instructions at the bottom of this page.

Peterson's helps library users improve their chances of finding sustainable employment. It is a step-by-step electronic tool and provides hands-on guidance to support your job search activities, including:

• Job-seeking – support with creating resumes, writing cover letters, and applying for positions.
• Career exploration – discovering career interests; identifying new opportunities based on work or military experience; exploring growing career paths, including green and new economy jobs; and finding education and training
• Continually updated with expert advice and industry-leading content
• Assistance matching work and military experience to new careers
