Laptop Printing

Instructions for printing from your laptop in duPont-Ball Library.

Laptop Printing in the Library

You can print from any Internet enable device by following the directions below. The printers from various areas of campus are accessible via this process, and the ones  in the library are marked "DeLand-Library." As of this time, only Microsoft and PDF file types are accepted. If you are using a Mac, then you can save your file as a PDF or in a Microsoft format.

Web Print

Click on "Web Print." Please Note: The "Balance" column does not mean you will be charged for printing. This is just a way for you to keep track of how much you have printed. You could have a negative balance and still print like normal.

Select a Printer

Select a the "FollowMePrinter" located in DeLand and then click on "Print Options."

Number of Copies

Enter how many copies you would like then click on "Upload Documents."

Upload File

Upload the file you want to print then click on "Upload & Complete." Please Note: Your document must be in a supported file format. Mac users should save their print file as a PDF, RTF, or a Microsoft file format.

Pick Up Your Print Job

Finally, go to any printer, log on to the print release station, select the job to print, and pick up your print job from the printer. How easy is that?
