Search Alerts

Science Direct--Focuses on the health and life sciences, but also includes physical sciences and arts and humanities.

• Click on Register (top right of home page), in order to set up an account (see screen shots below).

• Once you’ve executed the search you want, click on Save as Search Alert or RSS Feed.

• You can also save topic alerts from a pre-set list of topics. Go to “My Alerts."  Click on the link to the Topics Alerts.  Choose a topic from the list.  Clicking on “Go” gives you a list of subtopics you can choose from.   Check the box next to the topic or topics you want; then click on SAVE.
   
  To delete an alert or RSS feed, click on “My Alerts.”  Then click on delete next to the one(s) you want to delete.

Once you’ve executed the search you want, click on Save as Search Alert or RSS Feed.
