To search the Internal Revenue Bulletin (IRB), Revenue Rulings, Revenue Procedures, or IRS publications:
1. Expand "Quick Links" to the left of the main search screen
2. Click on “Find Federal IRS Pubs & Other Tax Docs"
3. In the list on the left, select either "Rulings/IRB" or "IRS Pubs & Other Tax Docs."
4. Search by citation in the appropriate search box.
