Once you are finished selecting all your variables (countries, indicators and years) choose one of the viewing options by clicking on the buttons in the top right corner of the screen.
You can view the data as a Table, Chart or Map, or download the data file to your computer. See details for each option by scrolling down this page.
The Table view defaults to a table that shows all the indicators and years for one country from your selection – to view the data for other countries you have chosen, open the list of countries by clicking on the arrow next to the country name under My Data Query and select a different country from the list.
You can customize/pivot the table: change the way data is displayed on the screen, increase/decrease the number of rows displayed per page and add headers and footers by clicking on the Table options tab, located on the right side of the screen.
Once you have selected your changes to the Table, click on the Apply Changes button under Table Options heading
The default Chart type is a line chart. Choose to visualize your data as a:
Change the type of chart by clicking on the Chart options tab, located on the right side of the screen. Click on the Chart Type & Style tab and select the chart type from the dropdown list.
Once you have chosen the new chart type, click on the Apply Changes button under Chart Options heading.
Download the data to your computer by clicking on the Download button at the top right corner of the screen. Select the format for your report (Excel, CSV, TXT, or SDMX) and click Download.
Once you've opened the Map view to see the data, the map can be customized by clicking on the Map options icon from the toolbar. Here is where you can adjust the size of your map, choose from a preset style or create your own, format numbers and add a header or footer.
Once you have selected the changes you would like to make, click on Apply Changes.
